What is Community Health Nursing?

Community health nursing is the promotion and maintenance of the health of individuals, families groups, communities and populations that value the principles of primary health care and focus on promoting health, and preventing disease and injury.

Our CHNs uphold the professional standards of practice as per the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) requirements.
